I should have started taking and posting photos of our weekly restaurant quests a long time ago. There were places (like the Dela Creme cafe in Siglap) where I tend to find the place (and of course, the food) picture and blog-worthy, but with no camera at hand. Of course, these regrets can be easily remedied by going back there again, so no harm done. ;D
My friend Abigail and I decided to try out the breakfast food in Cafe Epicurious to kick-start our Sunday. The cafe is along the Singapore River in Robertson Quay, and most of the restaurant's tables are outside, so we got a nice, easy, and laid-back brunch to mark the end of the weekend.

Since the menu is for breakfast, we couldn't escape from ordering Eggs Benedict (even if a couple of weeks ago, we swore not ordering it anytime soon since we had an overdose from eating it), but it was good. I personally liked it, and the Full Monty meal (bacon, sausages, fried eggs, toasts, roasted potatoes, and beans) I ordered.
Aside from that, we had freshly-squeezed apple & orange juice and a cup of coffee to complete the meal. I loved the place and the food, and would definitely go back on another weekend just to try out the other options while adoring the nice view of the river and the people walking by.
